It is tucked away down a quiet, leafy private road, has wonderful views of the sea yet is only a few minutes walk to Ventnor shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches.

To the rear of the home are Ventnor and St Boniface Downs where you can enjoy miles of lovely walks and beautiful scenery. It truly is a wonderful place to be.
