Full Details for 3 Bedroom Detached for sale in Dover, CT15 :
With an impressive entrance hall the rest of the property follows suit. Built about 15 years ago (1999) the developer was mindful of what today's family wanted and, as such, planned the house with a lot of thought and detail.Unlike a fair amount of new homes, what immediately grabs your attention here is the amount of character in the home from cottage style windows to dormer windows. What is particularly stunning is the turned staircase with the large presiding window over it, lighting up not only the hallway but the spacious landing. You can imagine inviting guests over for a soiree and taking pride in showing off your home. There is something incredibly indulgent about walking into the main bedroom as the space seems to go on and on and, with plenty of built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom, you can look forward to retreating to your own haven at the end of a long day.The room lends itself to having a chaise longue to relax in or, with some alterations, you could have yourself a walk in wardrobe. The house is well placed for good links to the A2 and there is a main line station in the next village of Shepherdswell. There is some stunning countryside that you can walk in and an abundance of bridle paths so you could never get bored.

We built this development back in 1999 and I liked this house so much that I spent 8 years living here. For me, being a house tucked away at the end of the cul de sac was the right spot to get the optimum peace and quiet with no passers by. I loved having so much space, and given that I don't have a lot of time for gardening, the low maintenance private garden was perfect. We would often mill in and out of the French doors from the lounge to the garden in the summer months where all you could hear were the birds singing. The village itself has a good community feel and there is a lovely pub as well as a convenient store/post office and garage. A primary school is also within walking distance.
