I have owned my property for 28 years and I have loved every minute of being here. I still love the fact I can sit back in my chair in the lounge and watch the birds fly over the sea and the liners past by, it truly has been my haven for all these years. I was lucky enough to purchase a plot of land from the council that extended my gardens up to the footpath which gains extra space and access, this was ideal as I loved to potter in the garden and grow amazing fruit and veggies but this plot offers a wide range of opportunities for the new owner. Unfortunately the property has become unsuitable for me now and I am needing to be closer to my daughter but I will sadly miss this cottage, especially the location and beach, I really hope the new owners will love it as much as I have.
