We loved the house the first time we saw it. Being so close to the beach and open country was ideal for us when our children were younger. When we need to get into Brighton the bus stops are just around the corner so no need to take the car everywhere.

If the weather is good we spend most of our time in the garden its great for sitting back with a good book and lazing away the afternoon.

We have found this to be a very happy home and we will be sad to leave, I hope the next people to own the house will be as happy as we have been.
