I worked in Brighton to had easy access by car and bus. I’ve loved having the coice of Brighton or Eastbourne for major shopping areas, or busy Seaford for a shorter trip. I shall miss the spectacular ride along the South Coast Road in either direction.
It’s very peaceful in Ambleside Avenue with friendly neighbours and when walking in the park opposite even strangers say “good morning.”
I hope the new owners spend as many happy years here as I have.
