Full Details for 3 Bedroom Bungalow for sale in Emsworth, PO10 :
Tucked away at the bottom of a lovely cul de sac this charming detached bungalow has been lovingly upgraded by the present owners and now offers a tranquil place to relax and enjoy life to the full. Wake of a morning with the sun in your bedroom to provide that cheery start to the day, and the decking in the rear garden allows you to enjoy the last of the evening sun and russet sunsets too. The pretty and landscaped garden could easily keep those with green fingers busy for hours, on end but is also easily maintained if gardening is not your thing. In the winter the open fire makes for a cozy living room. The bungalow has also had double glazing replaced throughout, making it a move in and enjoy home. The area is a huge draw as it offers stunning walks, cycle routes into the Southdowns national park, and Emsworth itself with the harbour offering a multitude of water based activites. Emsworth town feels more of a village with friendly independent shops providing everything you need. As well as a choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes plus the mainline railway station and superb 700 bus service.
We looked at lots of properties before settling on this one. We loved the character that it offered and the potential it had. The bungalow is warm and cozy in the winter and bright light and airy in the summer. The garden is great as it backs on to a small park so its very private and benefits from a sunny west aspect.
It is very convenient for the centre of Emsworth and whilst we often take the car it is not too far to walk for a curry and a pint and Westbourne is even easier. The fact that we have been here for 16 years should say something about how nice it is and we hope the next owners get as much enjoyment from it as we have.
