Well that is if you’re looking for a stunning bungalow in a rural setting, with beautiful gardens and all presented in the most magnificent way.Yes that’s right, this extended and re-designed bungalow definitely has the “WOW” factor. The setting is fantastic in the quiet village of Blackboys, down a small quiet country lane surrounded by greenery, this property sits neatly in an enclosed plot meaning four sides of garden. Internally the property has been much improved over the last few years and redesigned for modern life complete with the open plan lounge/diner leading through to the modern kitchen with all the trims looking out over the stunning garden. The bedrooms are all of a good size and the bathroom is quite simply one of the best we have on the market. This truly does have to be seen to be fully appreciated and for those looking for a hobbies room or office space (or even potentially a 4th bedroom) then you can tick that box too.Blackboys is a 5 to 10 minute drive from Uckfield and there are an endless amount of walks, views and places to enjoy.
It is with great reluctance that we are leaving this place that has been our happy home for
fourteen years. The comfort and ease of living in this house has been wonderful. From cosy evenings in the winter round the modern wood burning stove to sun filled al fresco eating in the garden in summer we have enjoyed every minute of our time here. On a summer afternoon you can hear the appeals from the village cricket match and the only thing you are likely to hear in the night is the occasional owl or fox calling. We have enjoyed star filled evenings and the dawn chorus. But the biggest bonus is the friendliness of our neighbours who have all become friends. Family reasons force us to move but we are staying in this beautiful area.
