As soon as I stepped inside I loved the amount of light that flooded in and the layout. Since owning the property I have extensively refurbished it throughout so no-one will need to do any work when they move in. I had the French doors replaced in the lounge which is great in the summer as the garden then feels like an extension of the living space when the doors are thrown open.
In the conservatory the floor is carpeted for the winter and in the summer it is rolled up and put away to expose the tiled flooring. I regularly use this as my dining area. I have had the kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom replaced in recent years and had all the carpets changed in 2014 and a new gas central heating system installed in 2013.
