My parents bought this bungalow over the many others they viewed due mainly to the lovely views over the surrounding countryside but also because Dad loved gardening. He used to spend hours on end tending to the many shrubs and bushes and growing his own vegetables. Being so close to Niton was always handy as they could pop along to the village and pick up everything they needed. The neighbours in the cul-de-sac have become good friends and as it’s such a great place to live, very few have ever found the need to move. I am sure the new owners will be welcomed into the community and enjoy the property as much as my parents have over the years.
