We love the open plan feel of the place. Having the large lounge and the dining area at the end of the kitchen was really convenient. The cul de sac is very quiet and the neighbours are lovely.

The views from the rear garden and terrace are lovely, perfect for sitting out in the summer on a lounger with a good book. We were really happy with the kitchen and bathrooms and having added a new boiler there really is nothing for any one to do when they move in.

We think the location is perfect, there are some great walks locally and the bus stops just round the corner on Telscombe road.
