My parents owned this property for many years and loved living in Niton, they found the amenities near by so convenient and also the neighbours are friendly too.

They used to love sitting out in the conservatory over looking the garden and catching up on current affairs with the daily newspaper in hand.

Unfortunately the time has come that I have to sell this home on behalf of my family and we hope that the new owners will love the home and location as much as my parents did.
