Living in this apartment has been amazing. We can literally walk down to the beach and Esplanade in minutes or pop down to the shops to get any forgotten groceries, it is so convenient. Having the garden space was a big draw to this property. We wanted somewhere to sit out and entertain and the fact it had a bedroom overlooking the garden sealed it for us. During the summer we pretty much spend most of our evenings outside socialising with friends and neighbours. We have put plenty of storage into the apartment and recently refurbished the shower room. However, with a growing family and plenty of sporting activities that we enjoy, the time has come for us to move to a larger property but we will miss living in such a fabulous place.
