When I first saw this character property I was immediately drawn to its unusual layout and the space the house has to offer. It was when I climbed to the top of the garden that I knew I had to buy it after marvelling at the view over the sea. I have done quite a lot of work restoring the house including installing the summer chalet at the top of the garden. It was a tough job, but the views are amazing and we often sit up there in the evening throughout the year looking at the horizon. With four flights of stairs you certainly keep fit in this house which was originally built as a seaside retreat for missionaries of the nearby church. I will miss the great location and convenience of walking to the town and hope that the new owners will love the property as much as I have.
