This house was a great first time buy but the time has now come for us to move on. We picked this house over others we saw because of how nice the road was as well as the garage, this was a big attraction. Since being here we have added the gas central heating so the new owners will get the benefits of this too.

This is a great road to live in and we have had great neighbours here, everyone gets on very well. The area feels very safe and is very quiet, which has been good as a shift worker.
