As soon as I saw this property, I was taken by its look – the flinted front aspect has a lot of character and it continued throughout the property. It needed a lot of work, and I honestly feel that there is nothing left to do, and someone can pretty much pick up the keys and move straight in. It would be ideal as a little summer home for somebody, or someone looking for a great village home, with all the charm that Ventnor has to offer right on your doorstep. I have put a lot of effort in to this property, and am sure anyone moving in will love it as much as I have.
