It is easy to recall what made me buy this house nearly 10 years ago – the incredible sea views. They simply took my breath away and I've been admiring them ever since. It has been fantastic living here just like being on holiday all year round. Imagine each morning having breakfast and watching the sun rise over the sea from the comfort of your own home whatever the weather. Having a drink on the patio and watching the island yacht race or maybe a cruise liner passing by. Only a short walk up the road and you have the wonderful walks on Ventnor down. Since living here I have done a lot of work on the house including new windows and guttering so I know any buyer coming in can just unpack and start to enjoy the quiet surroundings on offer.
