We bought this home three years ago and its been great. The first thing that attracted us to this home was the location, its quiet and the neighbours are lovely.

We love the fact that its close to the shops and bus stops so we can get into Brighton or Eastbourne whenever we like without the hassle of trying to find parking.

Our family is now growing so it is time for us to move up and on but we love the area so much we will be looking to stay locally. We hope whoever buys our home will have as much joy from it as we have.
