Full Details for 2 Bedroom Terraced for sale in Emsworth, PO10 :
First time to the market since being built, this two bedroom semi detached property will generate early interest. Two cosy reception rooms lead off a side entrance and the extension to the rear provides the all important ground floor cloakroom allowing the bathroom to be relocated upstairs for convenience during the night and day. An enclosed southerly aspect rear garden gives space for children to let off steam and parents to soak up the sun or eat Al-fresco and it also has a small conservatory from which to enjoy the garden from, whatever the weather.Although in need of some updating this home could provide the base for a great family home. Schooling is just around the corner and the park is also close to hand as are trains to the whole of the south and bus and road links. When you are at home you can leave the car and walk into town for your daily needs or take a leisurely stroll around the mill pond or along the Chichester harbour shoreline to Langstone for a pint before returning home. Emsworth itself is superbly located with excellent road and rail links and one of the prettiest squares with great shopping.Rarely available, we would recommend on a early visit to avoid disappointment.
This house has always been in the family since it was built in 1902, although I moved into the house in 1961. I have loved it here and brought up my children who went to the local school, but now have families of their own. It's a big decision to move but I am really looking forward to moving to my new flat, its very exciting.
I will miss my lovely neighbours many of whom have been here as long as I have and also miss the sunny rear garden.
I have always found it so convenient here being able to walk to the shops in Emsworth or to the mill pond on a nice day and being so near to the train station and bus service has been a real advantage. I hope the next owner will love our family home as much as we have.
