We were moving back from France when we were looking to buy. We had been used to living in a village so it was important to us to live in a nice quiet area. This had an immediate good feel about it, despite needing work. Since living here we have completely redecorated the house. We opened up the fireplace in the lounge as there is nothing we love more than having a log fire on the go in the winter months.

We love the enclosed the garden as it is such a private space to sit outside and enjoy and there is plenty of greenery around. We have very good neighbours - everyone exchanges pleasantries and takes in parcels for each other. It has always felt a safe area to live in.
