We had been looking for a property on the Island for a while but when we stumbled across this cottage by the sea we knew it was the one. We could barely see it from the road and when we pulled up, the situation of the property and the views were amazing and we just had to buy it! We love the fact you can walk out of your front gate into the fields and the coast path and beach are just moments away. Since living here we have installed extra insulation and also put a new oil fired central heating system in which has made all the difference during the cold winter’s months. The open fires make a fantastic focal point of the kitchen and lounge area. The only reason we are now selling is that we would like some more space and a slightly larger garden.
