We were looking for our first home and had initially dismissed living in a modern house as we wanted the space most older properties provide. However, on closer inspection and after struggling to find something with parking we reconsidered our options and are so glad we came to view this house. We fell in love with the space it offered and were surprised to find it also had a garage to the rear. There is even the possibility of extending the house to the side or rear and if you needed an extra bedroom some of our neighbours have even divided up the front bedroom into two. Godshill is a lovely place to live, so quiet and convenient for everything and it has a wide selection of shops, café’s, pubs and restaurants.
