We bought this home as a stop gap planning only to stay here a couple of years. Nearly ten years later and we are still living here in what has proved to be a fantastic family home.
We moved in new and were attracted to the location and the unique nature of the development. Being so close to the town means you are never far away from the shops but it is so quiet where we are that you feel like you could be anywhere but in the centre of Ventnor.
Several of our neighbours have successfully done holiday lettings from their homes and they were certainly popular with visitors. We are only moving now as our family is growing up and we need more space.
