We have lived in this house for over 30 years and in that time we have done a lot of work on it. A few years ago I asked my wife what she wanted for her birthday and she replied a dining room so we got permission to extend the house so her wish could become a reality. Not only did we gain a super dining room, we also created a utility room and downstairs cloakroom as well as opening up the kitchen area and lounge. When our children all left home we knocked through the third box bedroom into the second double to give us a king sized bedroom but this could easily be put back if anyone needed an extra bedroom. An opportunity to buy the property next door to an elderly relative is the only reason for selling as we are more than happy here.
