When I purchased this property I was moving out of London for work in the area. For what we were looking at there was no comparison to this property. This maisonette was so much larger compared to everything we had seen, as well as being a lot lighter. The rear gardens are a great size but we have never got around to doing anything with it and in the end my contract ended so we decided to keep the property and rent it out. We have done this for several years and now that the property has become vacant we are looking to sell.
