We purchased this building in 2015 and have been busy preparing each of the four apartments ready for sale. We have tried to make it so that the new owners will not have to worry about doing any work. We loved how each flat is different from the next and each has its own unique feel to it, that should suit a range of different buyers looking for different criteria.
