This was our uncles home and he loved it! The location is superb, so close to the train station to get anywhere he wanted and close enough to walk to the town. The relaxed setting and the fact that it was on the ground floor made it perfect for him. The garage and the parking right outside of his front door was a real bonus. The is a quiet and friendly development as everyone is over 50 due to the age restriction and are all like minded people. He has had 15 happy years here, and hopes someone else enjoys the flat as much as he has.
