I have very much enjoyed refurbishing this property which was in a really poor condition when I bought it. The flat had been empty for many years and so I had to pretty much gut the interior and start from scratch. I managed to reconfigure the layout to open up the kitchen and lounge areas and create a walk in wardrobe in the bedroom. The outside space has been a real bonus and I have recently put in a new patio and steps down to the parking area. On a sunny day the decking is amazing and it’s great to sit out overlooking the gardens and Trinity Church. Bonchurch village and the beach are only a short walk away as is Ventnor with its mix of cafes, bistros and restaurants. It’s now time to take the next step up the property ladder so I can get a bigger garden for my son to play in.
