When I was looking for a property I was really keen to find a new build so I could move straight in. As soon as I viewed this property I knew straight away it was for me.

The location was perfect as it was towards the centre of town, it also had parking which I thought was a real bonus.

We have decided now is the best time as a family to move on to a house. We will be really sad to leave our amazing apartment behind but we do hope the new owners love it as much as we have.
