As soon as I saw this gorgeous maisonette and walked inside I knew this was finally the one for me. With sea views, two parking spaces, an abundance of rooms and its own garden it offered everything and more. The incredible conservatory or “Orangery” as they called it in the old days allows you to sit out and socialise whatever the weather. I have come to accept the glorious views but everyone who calls says it’s one of the best views in Ventnor. I will miss the view along with the convenience of being able to walk into town, but the time has come to get a more practical home for my retirement.
