In the evening Emsworth is also a hub of activity with restaurants and pubs to keep you fed and watered and with your home on the doorstep there is no need to take the car. We love the centre of town location and yet it is so quiet here you could easily be in the middle of the countryside. The town has a Cornwall village feel with independent butchers and grocers on the doorstep and other independent shops providing everything we need. The transport links are great to Portsmouth, Chichester and further afield, and the A27 means its only 10-15 minutes by car to the big city vibe so we think it offers the best of both worlds. When we viewed the property we loved the quirky nature of the place and its interesting features. The car parking to the rear for two cars has been a real positive and we hope the next owners enjoy it as much as we have.
