We looked at quite a few properties before settling on this one, it was perfect.

The area is good and close to the beach and local pubs. We wanted something with character but also quiet and this certainly, is as we never hear a sole. We love being able to walk or cycle in Kingley Vale or the Southdowns way or along the coast down to the tip of Hayling.

Since buying here we have done nearly everything and its really warm and cosy and being on the first floor it also feels safe. It has been a great first home, but now its time to move up the property ladder and get something a little bigger, but we hope the next owner will love it as much as we have.
