I have owned this flat for several years now and I have lived in the apartment myself and found it to be so quiet and warm. There is so much space on offer with its own garden and I really miss living at the apartment but I moved into a new property and kept this as a rental and the family that have lived in the flat now for a year have loved every minute. It is a sad sell for me but due to personal commitments, it is the right time to hand this over to a new owner that will love it as much as I have.
