We wanted something that didn't need anything doing to it and this fitted the bill and was perfect for us two and a baby it has been a great first time home and if it wasn't for our latest arrival we probably wouldn't move. It is a really quiet area and yet is so convenient for nearly everything and we do not want to move away from Southbourne as it is perfect for us!The house is supremely warm and hardly needs heating even in the Winter months, and its light, bright and airy throughout with good room sizes too. The park around the corner and the countryside all around us are lovely.
