Full Details for 2 Bedroom End of Terrace for sale in Emsworth, PO10 :
Tucked away behind the centre of Emsworth this great house provides a " so convenient" location and an easy to live in and look after home. Only one road back from the square a short stroll takes you to local independent retailers who offer a cheery hello and old fashioned service that chain stores struggle to replicate. A choice of tea rooms, cafe's, restaurants and friendly pubs adorn the square and pretty waterside walks around three ponds and the Chichester foreshore will provide leisurely summer strolls. The 700 bus service from the square takes you from Portsmouth to Brighton and every town in-between and the mainline railway station makes destinations afar easily accessible on returning home. The enclosed rear garden allows hot summers to be taken in cool shade or full sun for breakfast al fresco and the parking space immediately behind means that there is no problem in finding somewhere to park. Rarely available in such a convenient spot we would recommend on early viewing to avoid disappointment.

I moved from Reigate eighteen years ago and brought this house as I thought it would allow me to be independent for longer. It is near the shops, near the sea and harbour and as I had a dog I found it a really friendly to walk around the pond chatting to other residents. I have replaced the boiler and added the new double glazing. The ground floor cloakroom has been really handy and the easy maintenance garden and on site parking has been a real bonus. Emsworth centre has a lovely pastoral centre and pubs for a good lunch and the doctors, dentist and optician are close too. The neighbours are lovely and village is very friendly.
