I have owned this home for approximately 12 years when I was moving to the area to be closer to my family.

As soon as I saw the property I instantly loved the garden and as I have always had dogs and it was perfect for them.

I also liked the layout with the excellent size rooms and an upstairs bathroom. There is even scope for off road parking here at the top of the front garden if the necessary consents allow.

It is so easy to commute from here via the A2 & A20 and there is also a bus route nearby to. You will find a couple of convenience shops close-by if you have forgotten any essentials.
