When I was looking two years ago there were 2 things that were very important to me. Off road parking was one and somewhere to kick the ball about with my son was the other. I had seen others however, they just did not push the buttons. This bungalow needed everything doing to it, however, I could see the potential. After absolutely everything to include new windows, heating, re-wiring, kitchen and bathroom flooring we have also installed 'French' doors to make easier access to the garden.

I absolutely love the location and cannot describe it in any other way then just nice. I am now looking to move to Herne Bay but will be selling this property with no chain!
