I purchased this property around 20 years ago having already owned a house within the village at St. Margaret's Bay and wanted a property for myself & my son. The village of St. Margaret's was so attracted due to the wonderful village feel and the local pubs, shops and also the bus connections.

I really will miss the peaceful garden, picking Gooseberries and Apples have been a real pleasure. This year the fig tree has blossomed so hopefully the new owner will enjoy this as much as me. Now is the right time to spend more time in Germany but without doubt we will still visit this wonderful location and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
