When I was looking for a property to buy in Ventnor I had initially dismissed this flat but the agents persuaded me to view it and I was so glad that I did. As soon as I walked in and saw the space it had to offer and the fact it was so close to town but still had its own garden I made an offer to buy it straight away.
You can walk into the shops or down to the beach within minutes from here and when the sun is shining the garden is a real hot spot and perfect for those wanting to get a tan. You can also get a permit to park in the council car park which is right outside your back gate.
I have rented the property out in recent years and it has provided a good income for me but now its time to move on and let someone else enjoy living here.
