Clearly the hub of the home will be the open plan living and kitchen area complete with double doors out to the communal garden.There's plenty of space in the living area here for both sofas and a dining table. There's room in the kitchen for any budding or established chef to cook up a storm and it is easy to imagine playing host. The way the space is divided doesn't mean you are locked away and can keep in all conversations and keep an eye on younger ones if needed.The master bedroom is huge and we challenge you to have enough wardrobes to fill the space. An en-suite shower room is great for pre-work invigoration.The second bedroom too, is an impressive size. The main bathroom is also monstrous.The town centre and both train stations are within an easy walk of here. There are plenty of places to eat and drink and a very well known high-end supermarket is in situ too.
We were lucky enough to be one of the first to reserve on site. In turn this enabled us to take advantage of the garage en-bloc (there are only three) and since moving in we have run power to it too.As the apartment was brand new we have only needed to decorate over time.
We'll miss being able to come home in the warmer months and opening the double doors and sitting out with a nice cold drink.We hadn't lived in Edenbridge before moving here and its been great. The links to London are ideal and as well as the leisure centre there are plenty of shops and restaurants too.
