I bought this property as I feel in love with the location. It was in a quiet little cul-de-sac and it is absolutely perfect for country walks with the sunshine trail just outside. The position makes it ideal to get anywhere on the island with regular scheduled bus routes from just down the road. Another thing that appealed to me is how low maintenance the bungalow is. With my work I don’t get a lot of time to do jobs around the home but it has been great just living here and not having to worry about things.
Obviously any new buyers will maybe want to update and modernise to their own taste and that’s ok with me. I am only moving to get a smaller property closer to my work.
