When we were initially looking for a property, one of our requirements was that we wanted a garden. This proved quite difficult until we found this maisonette which gave us everything that we wanted and more. This is a fantastic location as it takes less than ten minutes to the station and there are many amenities on hand too. The local pub serves delicious food, so if we return late home from work it's very convenient. We also like eating out at Catch in Buckhurst Hill, and Sheesh in Chigwell all of which are a short walk or drive away. Since we have been here we have refurbished the flat from top to toe, and it's such a nice place to come home in the evening and relax.
