Full Details for 2 Bedroom Detached for sale in Uckfield, TN22 :
This superbly spacious property occupies the entire ground floor of this converted house making for the sort of ground floor accommodation that’s akin to any bungalow in the area.Yes that’s right this is a bungalow alternative, with your own front door, lots of space, garage and a magnificent garden. The property has many stand out features and just about all the rooms are “big side” and this combined with the unique layout gives the property a fantastic feel. Large enough for families and close enough to the station for commuters, this property will appeal to a wide range of buyers. One of the best features of the property, particular at this time of the year has to be the secluded rear garden which offers a wonderful space to enjoy and being fully enclosed is safe enough for the children.Other features you will no doubt remember after visiting the property would be the huge living space, conservatory, garage and for those with a hobby or like to work from home, the workshop and office in the rear garden.Overall the property offers a fantastic package, and one that has to be seen to be fully appreciated.
This home has been a quiet, peaceful haven for our family to grow into (and ultimately out of!) We fell in love with the unique layout and spacious rooms, which give the house so much character, and with the original feature fireplaces and wooden fittings complementing the period atmosphere. The garden has a wonderful secluded feel to it - one of the first things we did was lay the Indian Sandstone patio to enjoy the sunny mornings on.
The town and its good schools, shops and leisure facilities and railway station are in easy reach, and we are no more than 5 minutes from the Victoria Recreation Ground. We will certainly miss the character of the house, but it is simply time to move on and allow the next owners to enjoy its special qualities.
