Full Details for 2 Bedroom Detached for sale in Sittingbourne, ME10 :
When looking for a bungalow there are quite a few things that need to be considered and this home in Howard Avenue is sure to tick a lot of boxes for you. When looking for somewhere in a location that is close to everything you can need, but also quiet at the same time, there isn’t many better than this! The home is situated in a cul-de-sac position but within walking distance of the town centre, train station and also various schools you may need. When it comes to getting to work in the morning, that should not be a problem as just around the corner there are coach pick up points to London, or if you go by car then you can be on the A249 in minutes. The bungalow itself is perfectly sized with two double bedrooms, but a great addition to this home has been the conservatory. In the summer months you can just picture having the doors open onto your sun filled garden, enjoying a good book with a glass of wine, or even looking after the flowers in the garden if you feel a little bit more active. The conservatory also has its own heating so during the winter it can be used as a formal dining area.If having friends over and entertaining is your thing, then there is also plenty of parking for them and you can even dust off the barbecue if it is warm enough.
My house in Howard Avenue has been a wonderful home for me.Since I have lived here I have made a couple of adjustments, mainly in the garden where I have knocked down the garage as it was very old and not in the greatest condition. Once it was down I put up a shed and it has been a great area to store my gardening things. After living here for such a long time I have enjoyed every moment, but I feel now is the time to move nearer to my family.
