The dining room could be used as a third bedroom or even a third when guests stay over.We love to sit on the decking on a summers evening relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book. Having the additional parking space in front of the garage as well as two spaces on the drive was a real plus too. The area is very quiet as these roads are not used as a cut through to anywhere.
