As soon as we saw the cottage we knew it was the one for us. It had just the right accommodation and feel to it and we knew we could make it into a lovely cosy property.

The wood burner in the lounge heats the whole house in the winter and we love the fact that we are so close to the village. One thing which persuaded us to buy the cottage was the view up over ‘The Downs’ which reminds you how beautiful the Island is no matter what the season.

We will be sad to leave this property, but hope the new owners will be as happy as we have been here.
