I have loved living here, this is a really quiet neighbourhood and my neighbours are fantastic. I was first attracted to the property by the fabulous wrap around garden. Being a corner plot you have a real sense of privacy because of the fences and hedgerows.
This is a great location for everything, the shopping centre is close by and there are regular bus services to both Eastbourne and Brighton. There are some fantastic downland walks within easy reach and the stunning cliff tops and beach are never far away.
I know the next person to own this home will be as happy here as I have been over the years.
