We bought this apartment as our holiday home and when we stepped through the door the sea views just blew us away. It was effortless to picture how amazing it would be to wake up to those views every morning so we knew it had to be ours. The other thing that overwhelmed us was the space! Never before had we seen an apartment with such large rooms and although there was a huge amount of work we had to do, we snapped it up straight away. Since then we have replaced the boiler and re-strung and restored the sash windows. We naturally had every room re-decorated but also had a great deal of outside work done including the roof and re-pointing and fascia’s. It offers excellent holiday let potential and has achieved up to £675 per week in the peak season.
