I bought this apartment several years ago as I just wanted to be by the sea and have a sea view and this is exactly what I got.


I have spent many years looking out to sea and watching the liners pass by and I have never tired of the view.

I know this apartment is in need of some updating inside but the person that buys my home will hopefully fall in love with the view.

I am unfortunately at the age now that I need to be closer to my daughter and will be moving to Brighton but it is now time to hand over the keys to my sea view property to a new owner.
