Ease of living awaits in the heart of a town centre with main line links to London. The converted school house will have you clambering to get on to the register to view! Features include feature double glazed sash windows.
Pull up and take advantage of off road parking. No street parking here.
Step in to the large living area. Plenty of space for a sofa and a dining table. Imagine guests sat patiently as you prepare a feast…..
Stairs take you up to the large double bedroom with a feature high ceiling. Much more than just a double bed could fit here.
An en-suite bathroom is one of if not the warmest room in the house. Probably because the airing cupboard resides here and allows many towels to sit snugly.
The town centre is an extremely short walk away and many restaurants, take aways, amenities, banks and a post office await. There are also two supermarkets as well as two train stations.
What more could you want?
What the Owner says:
I've lived here since 1991 and have been extremely happy here. I worked close by in Four Elms and it was great to be able to get on to the property ladder.
Since moving in I have added the double glazing which I wanted to be in-keeping with the age of the building. I have also changed the bathroom and kitchen over time.
I have updated the storage heating too. It's incredibly energy efficient to heat and run.
