This has been a great investment property for us and has always been popular with tenants. We liked the fact that as soon as you approach the flat you are impressed; there is a secure entryphone system and the block itself it well maintained.

Shutting the front door behind you really does feel like shutting the world away as this peaceful flat doesn’t feel like it situated in the heart of New Addington and certainly feels homely.
